por tudo o que deu para perceber ontem e pelas últimas notícias de hoje dá para entender que alguém, sequioso não sei bem de quê (se de mediatização, de populismo, ou se de uma extrema necessidade de subserviência), vendeu finalmente a alma da cultura nacional ao diabo

agora que a nação não se queixe, pois ele já começou a cobrar a dívida

no entanto, e pelo que dá também para perceber, o mesmo povo em jovial romaria ainda não entendeu (e nunca entenderá, possivelmente)

for everything that happened yesterday and for the news of today, it looks like someone, craving for i don't really know what (if a strong need of show of, populism or simple subservience), finally sold the national culture soul to the devil

now it's late, because the debt is already being charged

in the meantime it's possible to understand that the people, in a joyful pilgrimage, didn't notice anything (and maybe never will)

o traço simples, as cores reduzidas ao mínimo, a vida com poucas complicações, os mais de 50 anos que não parecem passar por ela, tudo é perfeito

on the first post i mentioned as one of my favourite things some animals for whom i have great affinity

the miffy bunny or nijntje (in the original dutch) is one of them
no other children character gives me so much joy
the simple drawing, the colours reduce to almost nothing, the uncomplicated life, the more than 50 years that doesn't show, everything is perfect

hoje que inaugura o museu da colecção berardo devemos relembrar a obra da maravilhosa jenny holzer (aqui na versão t'shirt que tenciono usar quando o for visitar pela primeira vez)
